I LOOOOOOOVE THIS PLACE it’s a vibe, great little place that’s all about their sandwiches, fantastic friendly service and boy are they good in everything they do!! We had the Reubens & Dragons sandwich and wow it was glorious, lots of pastrami and kimchi slaw that was so incredibly delicious and plentiful 100% would come back for this beauty, I will say they do rotate their sandwiches but we’ve yet to be disappointed in not getting a sandwich we’ve loved previously because they keep out doing themselves!

What a great place to get sandwiches, coffee, and Matcha. The Matcha was better than expected, very flavorful. Very friendly service. I love the atmosphere and seating area. The sandwiches were great, very heavy and filling. I highly recommend and would come back.

Officially my Favorite sandwich spot I got the bacon sandwich with runny egg and it was Packed with thick cut bacon. Delicious! Then, I saw the owners in action and it sealed the deal. A plumber was finishing up some work and I heard the owner offer him lunch to go. Honestly! In a word of corporate bs, box stores, and chains…these folks deserve our business

I have been a huge fan of Layers since their food truck days. I've literally never had something I did not love from them. Recently we catered our baby shower with a selection of sandwiches and veggies with dips. Ordering was a breeze and everything was beautiful and delicious! Honestly I am salivating just thinking about my next sandwich from Layers. If you have not been you MUST go!

Definitely recommend this place! The staff were super friendly and patient while we figured out what to eat. The unexpected highlight, though, were the baked goods. We had the toffee-sesame cookie and warmed banana bread, which were crazy good. The textures were the right amount of chewy and soft but still having structure. As for the sandwiches, the deli sandwich was quite large - I couldn’t finish it (and I eat A LOT). My wife had the fried pork sandwich which she that was really well seasoned. Overall, you should try this place! We’ll definitely be back for more.

Scrumptious Sandos! Such flavor bombs that pack such a punch! You can tell they use fresh ingredients and have unique combinations. We got the “don’t go bacon my heart” and the “Beauty and the beef” sandwiches. It comes with so much meat and the sauces are so flavorful! I don’t mind paying premium prices for these sandwiches as they are super delicious, however, I wish they came with a side. Something small like chips on the side would make it a complete meal. We paid $7 more for a scoop of potato salad, which was just okay. Pretty “herby” like how it’s described…I prefer it a little more creamy. But nonetheless, these are one of the best sandwiches I’ve had They’ve got a cute, airy, laidback vibe! I would definitely come back to try out their other sandwiches.

Their sandwiches were really good! We tried the two most popular ones “Notorious Pig” and “Beauty and the Beef” and both were delicious. I also loved the aesthetic of the restaurant, especially on a sunny day with the lake right in front. It is a pretty pricey for a sandwich, but I’d definitely come back for a nice brunch date

Damn good sandwiches stacked with equal amounts meat and flavor. Fresh crispy salads. Friendly folks. Steps from the lake. Plus gluten free bread options. Add up the simple, no frills, neighborhood vibe, and Layers just hits the mark in all the right ways.
